These Terms of Use (“Terms”) govern your use of qarenmoney.com (the “Platform”) operated by Qaren Money (“we”, “us”), Amman, Jordan. By using the Platform you accept these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use it.
1. What we are — and are not
Qaren Money is an independent comparison platform. We display publicly available information about financial products (credit cards, loans, accounts, insurance, telecom and remittance services) offered by banks, finance companies, insurers and providers in Jordan, to help you research options.
- We are not a bank, insurer, lender, broker or financial adviser.
- We are not regulated by the Central Bank of Jordan, the Jordan Securities Commission, the Insurance Commission or the Central Bank’s payment-unit licensing regime, and nothing on the Platform is a solicitation, offer or recommendation to buy any specific product.
- We do not issue, sell, underwrite or guarantee any product. Any application, quote or contract you enter into is solely between you and the provider.
2. No financial advice
All content is general information for research purposes only. It does not take your personal circumstances into account and does not constitute financial, investment, insurance, tax or legal advice. Product features, rates, fees and eligibility are set and changed by providers; the information shown may be out of date or incomplete. Always confirm details directly with the provider and read its full terms before applying for or purchasing any product.
3. Accuracy and availability
We work to keep the Platform accurate and available, but we provide it “as is” and “as available” without warranties of any kind, express or implied, to the maximum extent permitted by Jordanian law. We do not warrant that the information is complete, current or error-free, and we may change, suspend or discontinue any part of the Platform at any time. Where data was compiled from providers’ published sources, the source and compile date are noted on the relevant page.
4. Acceptable use
You agree not to:
- scrape, copy, republish or create derivative databases from the Platform’s content without our written consent;
- interfere with or overload the Platform, attempt unauthorized access, or introduce malicious code;
- submit false, misleading or third-party personal data through our forms;
- use the Platform in any way that violates applicable Jordanian law.
5. Intellectual property
The Platform’s design, text, code, structure and original content are owned by Qaren Money and protected by copyright and related rights. Product names, logos and images of banks, insurers and other providers are the trademarks of their respective owners; they are used on the Platform for identification and reference only, and their appearance does not imply any partnership, endorsement or sponsorship unless expressly stated.
6. Third-party links and applications
The Platform links to providers’ official websites and application channels. We do not control those sites and are not responsible for their content, security, privacy practices or terms. When you leave the Platform or submit an application to a provider, these Terms no longer apply — the provider’s own terms do.
7. Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Qaren Money, its owners and contributors shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special or consequential losses — including lost profits, lost savings or data — arising from your use of, or reliance on, the Platform or any product you obtain from a provider. Where liability cannot be excluded, it is limited to JD 50 (fifty Jordanian Dinars) in aggregate. Nothing in these Terms excludes liability that cannot be excluded under Jordanian law.
8. Indemnity
You agree to indemnify Qaren Money against claims, damages and reasonable legal costs arising from your breach of these Terms or your misuse of the Platform.
9. Privacy
Your use of the Platform is also governed by our Privacy policy, which explains what personal data we collect and how we use it.
10. Changes
We may update these Terms from time to time. The current version with its “last updated” date applies to each visit. Material changes will be highlighted on the Platform.
11. Governing law and disputes
These Terms are governed by the laws of the Hashemite Kingdom of Jordan. Any dispute arising from them shall be subject to the jurisdiction of the competent courts of Amman, Jordan.

تحدد شروط الاستخدام هذه (“الشروط”) أحكام استخدامك لموقع qarenmoney.com (“المنصة”) الذي تُشغّله قارن موني (“نحن”)، عمّان، الأردن. باستخدامك المنصة فإنك تقبل هذه الشروط، وإذا لم توافق عليها فنرجو عدم استخدامها.
1. ما نحن — وما لسنا
قارن موني منصة مقارنة مستقلة. نعرض معلومات متاحة للعموم عن المنتجات المالية (بطاقات ائتمانية، قروض، حسابات، تأمين، خدمات اتصالات وحوالات) المقدمة من بنوك وشركات تمويل وتأمين ومزوّدين في الأردن، لمساعدتك على البحث عن خياراتك.
- لسنا بنكاً ولا شركة تأمين ولا مقرضاً ولا وسيطاً ولا مستشاراً مالياً.
- لسنا خاضعين لرقابة البنك المركزي الأردني أو هيئة الأوراق المالية أو مكتب التأمين، وما يُعرض على المنصة لا يشكل إغراءً أو عرضاً أو توصية بشراء أي منتج محدد.
- لا نُصدر ولا نبيع ولا نضمن أي منتج. أي طلب أو عرض أو عقد تبرمه يكون حصرياً بينك وبين المزوّد.
2. لا نصيحة مالية
كل المحتوى معلومات عامة لأغراض البحث فقط، ولا يأخذ ظروفك الشخصية بالحسبان، ولا يشكل نصيحة مالية أو استثمارية أو تأمينية أو ضريبية أو قانونية. الميزات والأسعار والرسوم وشروط الأهلية يحددها ويغيّرها المزوّدون، وقد تكون المعلومات المعروضة قديمة أو ناقصة. تأكّد دائماً من التفاصيل مباشرة مع المزوّد واقرأ شروطه الكاملة قبل التقدم لأي منتج أو شرائه.
3. الدقة والتوافر
نسعى لإبقاء المنصة دقيقة ومتاحة، لكننا نقدمها “كما هي” و”حسب توافرها” دون أي ضمانات صريحة أو ضمنية إلى أقصى حد يسمح به القانون الأردني. لا نضمن اكتمال المعلومات أو حداثتها أو خلوها من الأخطاء، ويحق لنا تغيير أو إيقاف أو إنهاء أي جزء من المنصة في أي وقت. وعند تجميع البيانات من مصادر المزوّدين المنشورة تُذكر المصدر وتاريخ التجميع على الصفحة المعنية.
4. الاستخدام المقبول
توافق على ألا:
- تكشط المحتوى أو تنسخه أو تعيد نشره أو تنشئ قواعد بيانات مشتقة منه دون موافقتنا الكتابية؛
- تتداخل مع المنصة أو تثقلها أو تحاول الوصول غير المصرح به أو تُدخل شيفرة خبيثة؛
- تُرسل عبر نماذجنا بيانات شخصية كاذبة أو مضللة أو تخص أطرافاً أخرى؛
- تستخدم المنصة بأي طريقة تخالف القوانين الأردنية النافذة.
5. الملكية الفكرية
تصميم المنصة ونصوصها وشيفرة وبنيتها ومحتواها الأصلي مملوكة لقارن موني ومحمية بحقوق المؤلف والحقوق المجاورة. أسماء المنتجات وشعارات وصور البنوك وشركات التأمين وغيرهم من المزوّدين علامات تجارية لأصحابها، ويُستخدم ظهورها على المنصة للتعريف والاستشهاد فقط، ولا يعني أي شراكة أو اعتماد أو رعاية ما لم يُذكر صراحة.
6. روابط وطلبات الأطراف الثالثة
تحتوي المنصة على روابط لمواقع المزوّدين الرسمية وقنوات تقديم الطلبات. نحن لا نتحكم بتلك المواقع ولا نتحمل مسؤولية محتواها أو أمانها أو ممارسات الخصوصية فيها أو شروطها. عند مغادرة المنصة أو إرسال طلب إلى مزوّد، تتوقف سريان هذه الشروط وتسري شروط المزوّد ذاتها.
7. حدود المسؤولية
إلى أقصى حد يسمح به القانون، لا تكون قارن موني ومالكوها ومساهموه مسؤولين عن أي خسائر غير مباشرة أو عرضية أو خاصة أو تبعية — بما فيها الأرباح الفائتة أو المدخرات أو البيانات — الناشئة عن استخدامك للمنصة أو الاعتماد عليها أو عن أي منتح تحصل عليه من مزوّد. وحيث لا يمكن استبعاد المسؤولية تُحدد بـ 50 ديناراً أردنياً إجمالاً. لا يُسقط أي بند في هذه الشروط مسؤولية لا يجوز إسقاطها بموجب القانون الأردني.
8. التعويض
توافق على تعويض قارن موني عن أي مطالبات وأضرار وتكاليف قانونية معقولة تنشأ عن إخلالك بهذه الشروط أو سوء استخدامك للمنصة.
9. الخصوصية
يخضع استخدامك للمنصة أيضاً لسياسة الخصوصية التي توضح البيانات الشخصية التي نجمعها وكيفية استخدامها.
10. التعديلات
قد نحدّث هذه الشروط من حين لآخر، وتنطبق النسخة الحالية بتاريخ “آخر تحديث” على كل زيارة. وتُبرز التغييرات الجوهرية على المنصة.
11. القانون الحاكم والنزاعات
تخضع هذه الشروط لقوانين المملكة الأردنية الهاشمية، وتختص محاكم عمّان المختصة بأي نزاع ينشأ عنها.
